Do you have references?  back top

Yes we do.  Feel free to contact us for our recent references.

What do you typically charge for a website?  back top

There is no typical price. We have worked with companies on shoe-string budgets and companies that have pre-determined budgets that fit their financial comfort.  Each company, entrepreneur, startup and organization has a different set of needs and we accommodate a wide variety of business types to best represent them on the web. No project is too small or big for us.

All of our projects start with a proposal and we can provide most proposals within 48 hours of request.

What domain name should I use? back top

The first thing to know is that you have a choice of .com, .net, or .org.  We recommend going with .com.  We suggest that your domain name(s) choices be less than 14 letters in length with no spaces and no symbols.  We ask that you provide us with a list of 10 different domain names and we will verify if it is available.  Don’t be surprised that the 10 variations of your domain are not available.  With over 1,000 domain names being registered daily, unique domain names are scarce.  To ensure you get your domain name, call us today.

I'm concerned about getting the telephone and email run around. Will I have direct contact? back top

Our goal is to ensure that your needs are met quickly and with the highest level of professionalism.  Waiting on long holds, being switched to different departments, and going through long telephone menu prompts is a big disservice to customers.  We respond to all e-mails and voice messages within 24 hours or less - typically within 3 hours.  You will always have direct access to us with your assigned Web Director - he/she is your whip!

How will I be found on the Internet? back top

There are many companies and services on the Internet that will promote you on hundreds and even thousands of search engine directories.  In general, these services do not register you on the most important search engines (Yahoo, Google, Bing and Ask to name a few).  Some site promotion services claim that they register your site with the major search engines.  Be very careful.  According to Yahoo, Alta Vista, and large search engines alike, they ban any type of automated search engine placement and your site may get excluded or even black listed from the search engine.

All of our customers are hand-registered on all major search engine sites, this way we know you are being listed where you will receive the most exposure.  It takes 4 to 6 weeks for search engines to index your site.

What kind of support / assistance will I get?  back top

We provide all of our customers with changes and modifications to the completed website within 14 / 30 days.  We have several support packages available.  Please contact us.

What kind of hosting?  What is the Meg size? back top

You have two routes when it comes to hosting.  You can use your own host provider or we can host the site for you.

  • 1 Meg = 1,024K or approximately 15 web pages.

  • Medium size web pictures is approximately 30K.

  • Typical webpage is about 75K and a multimedia webpage is about 160K.

Most websites are under 20 megabytes.  Please see our hosting and ISP services here.

How do you charge?  Rates? back top

Every project starts with a proposal.  We charge a standard $85/hr for Custom and Re-design projects. $125/hr for marketing, interactive programming and networking consulting.

How long does the process take and what does it entail? back top

We try to keep all projects under two months and most sites are completed and live on the web in just three weeks.  For custom and re-design websites we provide a one hour client interview to assess the company Internet goals.  We provide all of our clients a private beta testing zone which allows the client to view the website in progress "LIVE" on the internet.

What is your payment structure/requirement? back top

To begin Custom and Re-Design website projects up to $7,500 we require 50% initial payment.  Projects over $7,500 we require 30% initial payment.  We accept checks, money-orders and Visa/MasterCard*.  If you are a client with three invoices paid on time and in good standing, we provide net 30 billing.  Final payment is required at finish of project - before website is published onto web.

How will I view proofs / design? back top

We will give you a temporary Internet address, where you can see actual development of your site online.  After your review and revisions, we will then publish your site on the web.  You get to see your website developed LIVE on the Internet.

Will I be able to maintain my website? back top

Do you have brochures or any additional information? back top

We rely on our website as our main source of information.  We will be happy to send you our service list and monthly newsletter. We can also provide you an executive summary and reference list by request.

As of 2006, our management had decided to take an environmental and just-in-time approach to our printed materials.  Since the web industry moves at such high velocities, and many times when changes in service and pricing occurs (weekly/monthly) - the thousands of printed materials suddenly become obsolete are unusable.  To curb such waste, lower cost and with strong developments in high-speed premium resolution printers at half the cost - we create all printed materials on request.
